I had been contemplating selling this home for a few months, and when I finally decided to go ahead on the venture, I contacted Stan Giske to handle the sale. I have known Stan for years and knew that he would do a fine job for me.\n\nI contacted Stan, and he arranged to meet me at the house almost immediately. After looking the place over, he suggested a few items that needed attention to make the place look even better and set me up with someone who could do the job. With that arrangement made, my wife and I left town for two weeks. When we returned I found that the person Stan had suggested had done an excellent job, and Stan and I sat down to discuss the details of the sale. At no time did I feel pressured to list the house, and after several meetings where my questions were answered, I decided to list it. Three days later we had an offer that we thought was too low,and Stan helped me with a counter-offer that was accepted the next day.\n\nThe inspection noted just a few items that needed attention, and once again Stan knew of someone who could handle the job. Those items were corrected in short order and the sale proceeded onward. Everything went so quickly that the lending institution needed some additional time before closing; I don't know if this is typical, but Stan counseled me at every juncture of the sale, and the house closed in a timely manner.\n\nStan exhibited the highest standard in professionalism and attention to detail. I can tell that he enjoys his job, and I can't help but think that he treats every client with as much care and concern as he showed me.
